I agree 100% Leopards don't change spots and the diluters don't come off L2. Then you throw in Garnocks 600 Million shares that act the same as dilution and you get a stock trading at .0019 with OS around 3.75B when it should be trading at .05 if the revenues from United Asian Emirates are actually real!
