The fact that they are not changing auditors is "new". The operational update delay is "new". The fact that the contact page on the website doesn't work is "new". The 50% drop in demand for seafood is news to me. And probably nobody considered that you can forget about a contract abroad.
The pps is going down. Only question is, will support at 0.24 hold? I don't think so. We will probably hear nothing from these jerks until at least October 13, the settlement hearing. And nothing much after that.
I have a feeling that Solomon doesn't want a new CFO. Doesn't want a Corporate Governance Committee. Doesn't want new board members. When the time is right, after October 13, the POS CEO will go dark.
