My computation is based on Class A shares which is what I own. The float on Class A shares is 100 M. Mr. Gilbert owns about 2 M of the shares in the float. I stand by my estimate of a $48.00 common share price by February, 2021.
A fair value estimate of $2.40 for a stock that just IPO'd at $18.00 is ludicrous.
I urge caution to any investor contemplating a short strategy based on fantasy valuations like some $2.40 myth.
