Going to be interesting to see what happens... if a deal goes down perhaps it is SPG that buys JC then leases to Amazon. Or the surprise could be a partnership (less likely) but at least people are talking. It does place Amazon closer via zones and reduces transportation costs.. also the ability to hedge their fashion departments with the ability for customers to try on clothes.
Many different options.
Either way I hope a deal for JC leaving shareholders in tact is in play...
