Totally called for. He can’t manage his personal finance’s and causes the stock to drop by 1/3. That is acceptable to you though. Yes, he is an idiot and causing INO-4800 to fall further behind.

INO is a very good Investment! Keep buying the dips ! Millions of DOD money, Gates Foundation and CEPI wasn’t given without DD! Those Investments override any comments I’ve read !
