There are progress reports available for both projects if one knows where to find them.
Some, but not all, have already been posted.
Biggest news on SOFC developments this year by FCEL was the failure of the Pittsburgh project.

HH7 here is a July 21-23, 2020 update on FCEL SOFC advancement

Unfortunately, Summary p. 23 is not good.

Automation (Next Generation Technology) on p. 32 is very good, with 6x reduction in materials, lowering costs.

FCEL has some issues to solve.
