A private company can PR what ever they want to PR. It just would not be filed under ticker symbol TMPS. They might be able to get away with putting in something like "..which until recently traded on the otc under ticker symbol TMPS" - that would give a hit in Google searches but might not show up on the news screeners at various brokers.
