The NWS took some time to come up with prior to 08/17/20, I wonder who exactly came up with the idea, I can't think of anything like it, and as the Judge (Atlas?) said in the 5th Circuit EnBanc oral arguments it did have "novel creativity".

Obama finished it (NWS) - taking the remaining 20%
Trump SAYS release the twins ... but says NOTHING about reversing the theft ... and does EVERYTHING to hurt current shareholders ... hmmmm ... facts matter
