There isn't anyway a real pharmaceutical company is going to buy OWCP and the company isn't worth $300 to $500 million.

What method was used obtain the valuation?

The psoriasis patent is for another topical cream to treat the symptoms of psoriasis - just like hundreds of other products. Plus no one is going to pay for a drug patent that hasn't started FDA approved clinical trials.

There is zero proof that the OWCP psoriasis cream is anymore effective in treating the symptoms than Hydrocortisone cream.

Yes, I do think it will he approved by the FDA one day within the next few years if not sooner. OWCP stated in 2017 that they were going to start selling the psoriasis cream in Germany and that still hasn't happened.
