I think RLF-100 works and will be approved .
What we need to look at is RLFTF patents re Aviptadil....which is a synthetic form of human Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide ( VIP ) . VIP is considered generic status . This mean that once RLF-100 is approved ...generic companies like Mylan and Dr Reddy will probably file ANDA's ( ? ) for their version of Aviptadil .
RLFTF will file ( if it hasn't done already ) for a method of action patent for the Covid indication ...which may grant them several years of exclusivity .
Now I'm not sure on all of this ...but anyone who thinks RLFTF is going to own this market needs to know the generic Pharma's will attack this anyway they can .
