I hear ya. I'm surprised Dr. El-Cheikh Mohamad and his attorney, Peder Davisson, continue to keep this in the dark. Mr. Davisson assured me they had "secured a subscription" with the OTC and that financial filings would be done to reattain current status. Now they've failed to renew with Nevada SOS? Crazy! I guess things change.
Dr. El-Cheikh Mohamad is based in Canada, and Mr. Peder Davisson did point out that this acquisition is a "cross-country" one, so I'm not sure what all this entails.
