When people think XKEM has too many shares outstanding consider that PFIZER has 7.2 billion outstanding. The only major difference is PFIZER currently generates revenue to apply to those shares. When XKEM hits the revenue trail in 2007 the outstanding shares will be of no concern. "IMO" of course.
