Total debt was $6.5 billion.
This bankruptcy will allow windstream to eliminate about $4.5 billion and windstream needs to finance about $2 billion more in order for windstream to exit bankruptcy completely by August.

Another bank had already stepped in to finance the remaining of debt of $2.xx billion.
