The Reverdia JV has been dissolved, and agreements(ie - the non-assertion agreement that died with BioAmber) with it:

Couple questions: why is it believed that LCY doesn't have their own formulas? And... if another company has a formula they wish to use, why can't LCY make a deal directly with them?
