They will probably just let the note holders have the assets and walk away.
I honestly think that Mann either got a new gig or he is afraid of being sued personally like Collier by investors/shareholders.
There is no way him and Collier are on good terms because Mann actually invested his own money by buying the stock while Collier just gifted himself shares.
Another note, I read the reason for ENDV's attorneys leaving the case against KVP: ENDV had not paid them for over 9 months, so they easily owe that law firm more than $150k as well.
