Or they just made their own. Either way they need nothing from the old BioAmber shell. I doubt they would state it’s their proprietary yeast if it wasn’t. I would think it would say using XYZ’s proprietary yeast with our process to make ABC.
Instead they clearly say “our proprietary yeasts”
