First off there is outdoor seating. The BP is already established
in Vegas. There is no doubt they will get IMO a lot of business.

Why not. Not only at the restaurant but their take out and delivery.

Just imagine the business they will do once the virus is gone and we
have a vaccine for it when people will be able to go to the Raider
Stadium. BP is only one mile away.

Raider Stadium holds 65,000 people. Just imagine the business BP
will do then. There will be other events held there also.

Soccer holds 72,000 people. There will be concerts held there which
will hold over 90,000 people. People will be bringing food to all of the
events that will be held at the Raider Stadium. Add to all of
that the GHOST KITCHEN business. Owning CORG is a no Brainer.
There are also 1200 apartments within walking distance to the BP
or for delivery.


Just put CORG away and in a couple of years you will make
MUCHO DINERO.
