That is a good question: Here is another one. What happened to the supposed/threatened DECN Conductive Tech lawsuit? Seems a bit off to hire the former CEO of a company that you are supposedly litigating against, but I suppose in Berman's artificial reality universe, anything goes!

Or was the CT litigation just anther Berman mirage? You do have to wonder if the guy has been eating the wrong mushrooms for quite some time, to be honest!
