I am not sure the FLOAT has anything to do with the PPS. Based on NO company published information, I suspect the company has failed. No company info on Holland. Why would a company not tell the world about a major project like this? Only reason I can think of is that they are either no longer involved or they sold or lost their stake in the project like all the other projects they have been involved in.

Either way it is doubtful the PPS ever returns.

At least BLSP is not tell TALL TALES over the last year, rather they are NOT TELLING ANYTHING
