Isn't it just that ARCA could be anyone investors with $100,000 or more trading account. So somebody using ARCA can just be flipping the stock like anyone else.

if ARCA traders were buying well above a dollar and now they're buying down here obviously whoever is buying using ARCA has been flipping the stock making money because that's what they do..
