You may have already come across this, but a fellow with the handle fab_motors on Intragram appears to be one of their welders and posts a lot of detailed pictures of work in progress. I'd be curious if you've seen his posts and whether they support your opinion of BBRW's craftsmanship.

I have some experience with "Food Grade" Stainless welding and it requires a high quality weld inside and outside to permit the sanitizing. (no sugar in the welds, i.e. dark open spots) A great deal of skill is needed of the welders not to mention the people who fabricate the stainless steel parts to be welded. Not many workers can make the cut in this type of shop. I would imagine that the CEO either has great experience or knows how to find that type of help to be where they are now. I wouldn't expect him to be knowledgeable so much about market details. Probably he receives advice from someone on that aspect but that doesn't take away from what is making this company successful. My opinion of course.
