What standards do board members usually have when joining a company? I would assume their reputation is on the line so they would be relatively high, but maybe that's not a logical way to think about things.
I can’t argue with the long term investment, but you can probably still trade the stock. It’s attempting to finding what the price of the last trade was. I believe you also have to have your shares certified? This last remark was in relation to a possible shorter term of holding your shares.
