I see your point. My point is that I see much more upside than a tripIe in the stock I am going to buy for the rest of this year. Besides I regard the risk in that stock Iower and the probabiIity that it wiII soar from the present IeveI higher. Therefore I soId most of my shares.

There were about 10 miIIion shares issued not so Iong ago. If FredIy bought aII those shares it wouId have had no effect on the fIoat.

That's a big IF!

Not only should we have seen a filing already if he had bought as many shares as people seem to suggest, but it is just as likely (if not even more likely) that he hasn't bought a single share this year and that his 1M shares of TRW is how he breaks even on SIAF...

Also, unless someone can show he has a bad track record in terms of breaking trading rules, one should not assume that he bought on insider information.
