well I can only go on 15 years of trading and yeah, this certainly does not trade like their is more than 40-50 milly and probably we have 20-25 milly locked up, just look when we were trading 10-12 milly a few weeks ago, 25-30% move, now 5 milly in volume is a 100% runner SFIN putting mine in dollarsville, I dont need the $$$ right now, wait for real pay-off, and lower capital gains tax rate

You're right. Per Synergy, Cede & Co position is 160 mil while unrestricted is 211. Its trading like a 160 float with most shares already locked up for much higher in our accounts.
