Potentially adding 23mil Shares, but the offering hopefully wouldn’t be all at once.

These offerings would bring great capital to acquire more mining rigs. Remember, only RIOT currently has a greater P/H of mining capacity, but RIOT has greater overhead than us.

If 100mil is offered, MARA would be cash positive indefinitely through expanding their mining capacity as long as BTC is at current levels or higher.
