I think Fredly is well aware of previous failures. No one has ever taken solomon to court before.
If Fredly/friends has bought another 10m shares since then, he is even more committed and will certainly take solomom to court again if needed. Garrett seems to be a lightweight compared to Fredly.
Also the free float must be drying up. Fredly is buying/holding. Garrett wont sell at these levels and knowing that Fredly is in his corner.
Maybe we are about to get what we have been waiting for during so many years? And what we certainly deserve.
Also, if Fredly is still buying at 0,5 that should make it highly unlikely that we will go that much lower from here. Fredly will keep buying.
Remember that the market cap is only 25musd, which is really nothing. It could still go several times higher short term.
Also, why not just follow Fredly? If he is buying at these levels, why would anyone sell?
