Kate continues to refuse to provide any updates on this. Has QEDN even offered any money to Lattuca? Why isn't this resolved yet. If QEDN could resolve the judgment with Lattuca that would be great news but resolution can't happen unless QEDN makes an offer.

Kate Bahnsen may not be filing personal bankruptcy (Portions of her bankruptcy are still being litigated in Nevada) but she did send an e-mail stating QEDN was filing bankruptcy.
