Diwan has only claimed to have delivered multiple potential candidates over the past 15 years.

Yet, he has decided to never spend the $3-4M dollars on a single one to push through IND approval.

After 15 years and $110 dollars.

After squandering 15/20 years on the life of the key patent, making that patent worthless.

That would be consistent with the hypothesis the Diwan's primary purpose is to increase his personal wealth, rather than develope a drug.
