They won’t trade it because it’s not current...Schwab and as mentioned etrade no dramas...

For future reference if you're going to trade on the OTC You need to open an E-Trade account..

Fidelity and Schwab are good brokerages and I have them as well but they will restrict you on a lot of penny stocks where never in 10 years has E-Trade ever not allowed me to buy a stock..
