First off I'd like to say I'm sorry. Did not really mean to sound like an ass with the ray of sunshine thing. Reading it a second time, it did sound bad.

That being said, you confuse negativity with statement of fact. While they may be one and the same, the fact part is what needs to be looked at, whether it is positive OR negative. You can say all the kind things you want about this stock, and it all means zip if the company doesn't follow through and deliver. Read the last PR, which was released the begining of LAST week. Just another case of not delivering what they say.

CEO Steve Sulja also stated, "During the course of this week, we will be providing our shareholders with updates on this and any other deal that has been completed. We will also provide a detailed explanation of the SLJB corporate structure and other questions sent to us by our shareholders. We will be doing this through our press releases. We are committed to the success of SLJB and will work to regain our shareholders' confidence over the coming weeks."

We are at the end of the second week and have heard nothing.

They are NOT innocent until proven guilty. They have indeed been proven guilty, and by their own admission. They have a responcibility to shareholders, who are the real owners of this company. That's you, and me, and many others like us. They pumped this stock (and I and many others bought it and even helped) and dumped shares. Dumped to the tune of 12 million dollars, which needs to be acounted for, because if they are as inept at money management as they are at the rest of their management responcibilities, then the money is gone.

I'm tired of hearing about what this company plans on and intends to do. I want to see the evidence of what it IS doing. Thats the only thing important at this point. To be honest, what they SAY they have done means jack. They have said many things, most of which have been exposed as lies or have been retracted.

You say the negative posts don't help matters. I disagree. They help keep the focus where it needs to be, and that is making, indeed FORCING the company to tell the truth. If we go back to the happy go lucky, all is well attitude that was the norm up until Nov 16th, then we are giving the company free reign again to do as it pleases.
