Either you understand the science behind the company and are patient for trials and tests, or you do not understand the science.

It doesn't seem occur to whomever wrote this that there's a third option: someone is confusing "science" for "unverifiable claims made by NNVC in its PRs" that haven't amounted to anything after 15 years.

This is what some call "having an inflated perception of one's understanding of the science".
