LMFAO try reading PASO's financials, they only did 2 private placement raises over the many years...1st one done at .20 cents, 2nd one done at .08 cents!

There's ZERO convertible notes on their financials...and the SEC themselves cancelled the old PASO Reg A filing per PASO's request earlier this year...with never a single funder ever being issued a single Reg A share weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
