250k is chump change in this BK and only to keep people off the Judges and JCPs back as much as possible. Heck they have a billion in cash on hand. That's nothing to them. Then if people try to come after them they could say well we gave them an EC to tell them what was going on. We were communicating with the EC in real time on everything. We did all we could do. I see that verbiage already.
