ALPS MARKET MAKER? You ask who they are- they are a penny stock seller of shares- they sell shares. many times the plan on never ever covering. ALPS can only sell stocks because they are under sec investigation for fraud. as soon as I saw them show up I sold out. a bit higher. with them around they show up about an hour when market opens and they disappear about an half hour before close. sometimes they stay till the close. They are a notorious short seller with no plans to ever ever cover.
