Yeah, I agree...an increase is possible. But how do you suppose KW explains his strategy...any strategy...of a r/s?

He can claim it will be easier to raise funds for the CT. In a way it might be. It might be easier, and faster for the next Brown Stone to dump 9M shares at 0.15, than 90M shares at 0.015.

IMO, Kenny missed an R/S opportunity back in Feb 2017, amid the euphoria about a pre-IND meeting. Just tell SHs it was required to help fund raising. As I commented in a prior post, the R/S would've been forgotten about by now. Stock would react more to the PR pumps. The O/S maybe at 500-700M today, instead of 1.8B, and growing.
