SESN does play a role here. The terms aren't as favorable for ENZN as other royalties they have got from other companies in the past since ENZN has to split it 50/50 with Micromet. Couchman and crew have a lot of experience with NOL companies like this one. I don't think he would take this one private. I think he would have ENZN acquire another profitable company (with current cash and share issuance) to utilize the NOL's here. I could be wrong but that is my guess.
