Nice post and at the end of the day I don't give a damn who buys them as long as there is a BO at a solid valuation. Why would I be upset if I thought is was ISRG and it ended up being MDT? I WOULDN'T BE. As you noted TMDI has 100% ownership of Sport and all 140 patents. MDT is providing funding to get TMDI over the goal line. HUGE!

My goal is to get as many shares as I can while it's this cheap, <$1, so no matter the BO value I make money.

Thank you for your thoughts.You know McNally always struck me from 3 years here and digging deeper about him this year as being "Bruce Willis" in the movie scene at NASA in Armageddon.Bruce walks in and sees his mobile drilling machine,looks at it closely,sees NASA stole his print from the patent office.Looking at it closely again,he discovers things are wrong with it and starts stating problems that it is causing because NASA has put it together wrong.Agreeing to save the earth and work for NASA,he then strips the machine,throwing parts out and reassembles things improving it.

That said,if indeed JNJ did indeed chat with McNally since 2017,I think there was friction there how McNally saw the finished product versus how JNJ saw it. In the end,McNally appears correct as JNJ is delayed 2 years with theirs(and could be dead in the water without certain IP TMDI holds).

Others may bash McNally here (mostly shorts) but the man is smart building out surgical needs as one needs to look no further as to the patents he holds 45 (some assisted in).CEO material? I think you can't be equally good at everything. His attitude is give me money,parts,and leave me alone and I will build you out something really needed that will sell.

Zaring,is a key player in the grand scheme of things as early as last Spring prior to leaving MDT and joining TMDI only for a short period.I see Zaring as more of a trouble-shooter....."Bruce Willis" again.Zaring did to SPORT What McNally did when he came to TMDI. Zaring backed up his opinion with many surgeons in the field as well as Surgeon Advisory Board.In the end,Zaring must of persuaded McNally the last needed changes/improvements were a must for SPORT as the technology would be coming available soon.What technology am I speaking of? Digital Surgery whom MDT has their eye on through 2019,but could not close until Feb 2020.Ideas that he saw as the needs from Cambridge Design Partnership.Zaring could have really talked up SPORT to Cambridge driving home that the employed owned company would be smart to trade out monies owed in common shares.Zaring spoke highly of SPORT publically after only being at TMDI for 5 weeks in a PR in July 2019/Aug.
