I thought Ken was a crook and a scoundrel? Why would anyone believe a myth that "a few mill" of gold was pulled out by a guy digging by hand 70 feet down in the workings?
Funny, Ken's production is never specifically mentioned in any of the godawful "technical" reports that Lemas has written on the Julio Mine. You'd think it would be discussed in detail, since it would be, by far, the most productive mining ever done at the Julio. If it were true.
Unless you can provide proof that Ken's bonanza find actually happened, I will put in the same category as "finding" a nugget in a few minutes of metal detecting up a wash by a visitor to the mine.
