Well, given PT's "trouble" when it comes to his ability to average numbers......you should have reason to doubt those figures. The PR said nothing about how the averaging was done, or how the sampling was done, or who did the sampling. I am going to assume that the numbers were pulled out of thin air, like most every other figure this hobby miner has ever put in a PR.

And applying that "average" to half a million tons of material, most of which has not been mined or adequately drilled is a waste of time.
