Don't forget the goal is to have positive trial data, which is years off. If ever.
That in turn comes after the Phase 2b is rejected, and Phase 1 accepted. Potentially another couple of yrs there per Kenny's way of doing things.
So what does it mean when an IND is submitted be it days/weeks/months/yesrs? Not much. Especially given it's dangerous for Kenny to announce one has been submitted on the date it was submitted. Starts the ole 30 day FDA clock for all to see. Can't have that happening.
