I do have full confidence that this company can regain its former stock price and qualify for NASDAQ on its own, all without any slight of hand stock split tricks.

Many of us feel the exact same. You've said it for over two years now "Know what you own". We know that the stock is worth a lot more. We know when the dust settles and the best companies are left standing, we'll be at the top of the list.
