What is the SOC for severe/ critical?
If you have the chance for a (save) experimental drug which was already used over 50times in Emergency Indication application cases or whatever inefficient treatment they have, what would you chose?
As I understood we do not really know yet what the patients in the placebo arm are treated with. I guess not with NaCl.
