Every XTRM/NorthStar completed build is already sold. Many currently under construction already sold.

Understand that the Caldwell community project ($100+Million) is just the beginning of massive projects by XTRM/NorthStar and not only in Boise, Idaho. They are joining in with other builders building NorthStar homes on other community projects. These are adding up fast due to increasing demand of their homes.

if you are in this business, or have a friend who is, you'll know who to call and what questions to ask to understand where this is going and how fast it will be.

Also take a look at the demand for residential construction workers in just the Boise area alone.


We all should already know all about the housing market in and around Boise, Idaho already. We all should understand the political climate driving this due in part from failed extreme far left policies, massive company exoduses not only from these blue states(Cali, New York, Oregon, etc, but from China (Wait till the admin starts adopting more and more Japanese like incentives to move back to the U.S which is already happening and do you think they will be wanting to move their companies to those sh*thole blue states, especially now?). Their employees need homes.
