Yes Niko is referring to the shareholder letter. The writer was requesting a faster car such as a Chrysler. Personally I don’t think Chrysler cars go that fast. Niko is saying we need a Ferrari to win. In other words we need more than $250K for the equity committee. This would be the correct interpretation. He is NOT pumping the stock.
