I don't know about Garrett, or what he brought to the table. I do know that he didn't beat Solomon in a New York court, halt the dilution, put the Tri-way dividend back on track, and basically take control of the company. Clearly, Garrett was no match for Solomon, or wasn't in a position powerful enough to curb his antics. Do your homework on Fredly and HR, as I did, and you'll understand this is a very different situation. Court orders mandating positive action, professional investors gaining Board representation (SIAF and Tri-way) with veto rights, etc. Look how they have step by step followed through on the Judge's orders, professionally, and in a timely manner. If I didn't have my full position already, I'd buy your shares at .4125. When the settlement is approved, and the Tri-way dividend is announced, this will be well above $1. Sure, the Plaintiffs tried to steal from all of us by hiding the settlement and buying more shares while only they knew the terms of settlement, but that is just further proof that two professional investors with insider knowledge saw excellent value, and tried to keep it for themselves. Now that the Judge has sniffed them out, they are aligned with all SIAF shareholders. As SIAF increases, so does the value of their investment. They will not allow Solomon to cause it to fail without a fight.
