Ed is very careful to get the 51% share of ownership. The same applies to the Royal Arkansas. Always better to own the 51% side than the 49% side! LOL!
Pop-a-top, the PR was in July and it said they expected to close within 30. This is December and I was wondering why they did not follow through with material information saying they had closed or there was a problem. They gave out the news which caused anticipation by the shareholders. jmho
