Last post allowed for me today, but to reply:
It IS set in stone, company has stated that.
What they WON'T say is definite ratio or date of effect, which is total BS to me, cause they could have. Why didn't they before issuing the filing?
Had high hopes here but not anymore.
Just being honest.
