Hard telling but any management that milks the market with an rs deserves to be illiquid. The last five I’ve been in not counting the one that went to Nasdaq and that’s down 96% from their uplist price are all down over 90% and have little to no volume. Why? Because only penny traders trade these so the market will punish.
