Delray Beach, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - August 4, 2020) - Enerkon Solar International (OTC Pink: ENKS) Chairman - Mr. Benjamin Ballout stated today that, "In keeping with our previous announcements regarding plans to establish a new Technology Holdings Division for New Patents recently Acquired, we are pleased to advise that the legal formation of the wholly owned corporate division Enerkon Technologies Holdings Inc. has been completed."

Mr. Ballout further states that, "The company has recently purchased and developed several important and disruptive technologies which are Patented/Trademarked for Monetization and Commercialization during this year and the first 2 quarters of 2021 - the technologies are in the disruptive and vital industry segments of Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, EV and related Technology (Fuel Cell Technology), Fintech Systems and platforms with new AI and related technologies as well as Non-lethal Security systems for Police, Security and Military use all subject to approval by regulatory authorities and completion of the commercialization process for which the company will announce each sector success and status as they progress towards commercialization during this and early next year."
