In 10Q in overview/plan of operations..

Hey BK, can you ask about the Chairman Emeritus Edmund....I hope not for his sake, but I do not think he is with us anymore, know he was 95 yrs old. His 3M shares I believe are the difference in the float from 21 to 24 from March to the report Friday, because I do not see his shares, (Only one) on the 10k/a from July 24th.
